IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phljili ("phljili," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the phljili website at phljili.vip, creating an account, or using any phljili service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the phljili platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms govern your use of the phljili online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through phljili.vip and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on phljili, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

- Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
- Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phljili or any of its affiliates, or an immediate family member of such a person;
- Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with phljili or any other gaming operator;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Philippine law.
2.2 phljili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
2.3 If phljili determines that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this Section, phljili may immediately suspend or terminate the Player's account and void any winnings generated during the period of ineligibility.
3. Account Registration
3.1 To access real-money games and services on phljili, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.
3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.3 Each individual may register only one (1) phljili account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. phljili may use technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phljili may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
3.4 You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your phljili account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
3.5 phljili accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person.
4. Account Security
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phljili login credentials, including your username and password. You must choose a strong, unique password and must not use the same password for other online services.
4.2 You must notify phljili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security. phljili's support team is available 24/7 via live chat.
4.3 phljili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 phljili may implement additional security measures, including two-factor authentication (2FA), at its discretion. Where 2FA is enabled, you are required to complete the verification process to access your account.
5. Deposits & Payments
5.1 All transactions on phljili are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phljili does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
5.2 phljili accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at phljili's discretion.
5.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method and account verification status.
5.4 Deposits are credited to your phljili wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. phljili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
5.6 phljili complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account.
6. Withdrawals
6.1 You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section.
6.2 Before processing a withdrawal, phljili may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. This is a regulatory requirement and is not optional.
6.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. phljili reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative methods at its discretion.
6.4 Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- GCash and PayMaya: 1–3 hours from approval;
- BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfers: same business day during Philippine banking hours (Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM PHT).
6.5 phljili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse,
or other violations of these Terms.
6.6 Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day, depending on your account verification level and payment method.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 phljili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
7.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period; unused bonus funds will expire automatically upon the deadline.
7.3 phljili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn before wagering requirements are met, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
7.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a material breach of these Terms.
7.5 phljili reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where bonus abuse is detected, and to suspend or terminate the accounts of Players found to have engaged in such conduct.
8. Prohibited Conduct
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phljili Platform:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
- Attempting to access another Player's account without authorization;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform;
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
- Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing phljili staff or other Players;
- Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by phljili;
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person.
8.2 phljili reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on the phljili Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of phljili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 You must not use the phljili name, logo, or any other phljili trademark without prior written consent from phljili.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 The phljili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phljili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phljili shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.3 phljili shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phljili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Responsible Gaming
11.1 phljili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. phljili provides a range of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
11.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from the phljili Platform may do so by contacting phljili support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, phljili will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing their account.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phljili Platform shall first be submitted to phljili's customer support team for informal resolution. phljili will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or such other arbitration body as phljili may designate. The seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines. The language of arbitration shall be English.
14.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
